• Support communications: Two (2) years from the date of the communication;
• Marketing consent records: Until consent is withdrawn and for a reasonable period thereafter as evidence of the original consent.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data is securely deleted or anonymized.

The starjili platform is strictly for adults aged 21 years and above, in accordance with applicable Philippine gambling regulations. starjili does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21. If starjili becomes aware that a person under 21 has provided personal data or created an account, that account will be closed immediately and any associated data will be deleted. The starjili platform may contain links to third-party websites, payment portals, or service providers.
